Well I was making great progress from my knee injury but last week I suffered a set back. I started having pain in the same knee that I had the operation on to correct it. I went back to the doctor to see if he could find anything and he basically said he was stumped, great!

 

So he wants me to change what I'm doing for physical therapy, so here we go again...back to the p.t.  One thing the doctor said though was to stop doing what the physical therapist gave me and to see what happens, feels it might be the weights that I was using.

 

I started back at the weight loss program last week, but only two days. So far, so good.
